do you know what's weird...the cd seems ever-so-slightly faster than it does on vinyl. and i've had the record nearly 20 years and played it on several decks...and the tape of it (from another vinyl copy) is slower than the cd too.
either it's actually different or your burner's speed is out. (both my cd player and cd drive play it at the same speed).

oh god, don't say things like 'your burners speed is out', thats far too much for my technologically fragile mind to deal with. it must be your cd player, or your vinyl player. tell you what lee, next feb i'll play the original cd in the garage (newly cleared and ready to rock) and you can judge then. otherwise stop messing. git.

exactly the same thing I heard of the sisters when i first witnessed them supporting the clash and joy division supporting the buzzcocks. To the respective headliners I suppose that was constuctive critisism, being that the clash and the buzzcocks where frightful wank. I recall also similar hollers from the small audience at early Bunnymen gigs. If only I had the foresight to heed these opinions then I would have saved thousands of inherited Euros on all that s**t.

So as I haven't actually seen the dvd I will thank you for your wise words and not bother buying one. I know it will make sense in the end.
