Well, I suppose he'd quite like to hear what his old chum Andy's been up to in the last 12 years when he's not been touring.
Who wouldn't?

yep.
i think everyone ever involved in the sisters has a feeling of pride in what they contributed to the brandname...
and as such its not surprising that people are saddened or disappointed by missed chances, and what they see as andrew tarnishing the name.
this must be especially hard for people such as gary, craig & wayne who (whether you like to admit it or not) helped establish the sisters name and build the reputation up

i guess like most, he knows about "new world order" and like most, wonders why, despite the website, the product, the marketing being sorted, it isn't out yet

Given the time that Von referenced New World Order (the song, not the album) as having been written, would it not seem highly possible that this is Floodland II and does not in fact contain any of the "new" songs?
Of course I'm working blind here...unlike PiB, it seems

Andy's thinking seems to be different to Wayne's I suppose. To Hussey music always has been a job and by keeping the M!ss!on going and always making music he has retained an audience that not only lets him tour but enables him to get the DVD out and record a new album. All and all without going into much debt etc. which happened when they had the big contract. Still, the Light the Candles' release shows that even on a budget you can do something that is interesting, well produced and sell well.
Unfortunately nobody really knows how Andrew came out of the WEA contract and what the eventual cost of that were. It seems to me that tSoM are a side-project to real-life(tm) for most of the individuals currently involved. Singles and DVD ideas get scrapped without any clear explenation. But I suspect that is where the difference lies, Andrew probably wants to release material on his own terms while Wayne is happy to the offer when its comes along and make the best of it. Fair dues to Hussey IMHO - its his job.

Best party of the year:
A night that Cin and I spent at Gary & Gemma’s….there was no alcohol involved but I couldn’t stand up……and I couldn’t utter a word for 2 hours….apparently……but I could still use my tongue…
now,
that's interesting. I wonder what he is talking about

I'm sure your guess at the exact substance involved is better than most of ours, Delilah

lol,I'm not an expert! I'm only one of the many visitors of Planet Dave (anybody still remembers it BTW?). I just wonder what kind of substance it was if he could not speak while on it?
