Seems like this is going to be a big tour. Reaching from 16th Feb to 22nd March, as of now. Note that The Warlocks isn't mentioned as support band on the San Francisco date.
Edited: Oh, you have to click the "3 events"-button.

The current software QB runs HL on doesn't support merging topics.
There is a sticky which I shall rename though

by Quiff Boy
there is an add-on for phpBB that allows merging but i never really saw a point
dont really mind a dozen small threads announcing each gig to be honest - it gives it a hectic feeling and generates a buzz about the tour, which i like
and it makes the place look even busier

I agree with Quiff Boy!
But later on there will be a main-thread like the Sisters Tour 2005, maybe?

Hectic and life is nice, but as the official site is as informative about these gigs as, err, my big toe, it
would be nice to see it loud and clear in a sticky
So thanks Markfiend
BTW: A small dozen? What more do you know, Quiff

And those Canadian dates in March....

Holy balls! This is indeed something to get excited about. I'm waiting to see a date for Gotham up there....which would mean Philly, which is a train-trip away for another gig. And perhaps another.
You would think the man would update the official site?! Is he so unbothered by it all? Busy? Or is it all a hoax?
Incidentally....just to be optimistic for a second (only a second).....for a band that has not had a record contract in the better part of 10 years, no release for 16 years, to go on the road in the USA of all places, AND naturally have to go through Clear Channel, just about the most evil corporation out there (next to Ticketmaster, owned by Satan, himself)...perhaps, maybe, just maybe, this could lead to something....a deal, a release.
It is hardly profitable, if at all, for a band like The Sisters to tour the USA on this kind of schedule with NO material to promote. And it's been what, seven years since they came States-side? Did something finally give?
Or, to get back to reality, perhaps Von is calling it quits after this, hence the trip over the Pond to Bush Land? Let's hope people come out....sometimes, I think plastering a few logo-only posters of The Sisters with a cryptic message around cities could generate some interest and a 'hmmmm'.
I'll eat my other shoe, either way. Didn't think I'd see this....I thought I became a Sisters junkie too late to enjoy Von and Co for too many gigs without travelling the world. Would love to see The Warlocks up there, too. Okay, yeah, I'm genuinely excited that something resembling a tour appears to be taking shape......

They are not calling it quits!
The whole concept of a comprehensive tour, far larger than the one in 99 (I am willing to wager) is counterintuitive to throwing in the towel.
Yes, they are coming to the US. Yes, they are coming to Canada.
And yes, hell may have in fact frozen over and we will see a new album very, very soon.
As was mentioned, an independent band just doesn't s**t money to go on an extensive North American tour without reason, or solid backers.
Prove me wrong.
BTW - The new album is called "Bite The Bullet"

I don't agree, if Von was thinking of quiting and wanted to thank the fans stateside he would have booked several dates at SISTERS hot spots, NY, SF, LA etc. maybe four locations 2 East Coast and 2 West Coast not a 6 week+ tour.

And indeed, I think such a big tour of a country they haven't been for a long time will only be worth the effort if von got a
very special surprise up his sleeve...

Me an optimist?
It is indeed the seventh sign! The new album is as good as pressed!
Paint It Black, I think your tour itinerary is more accurate than you know...
