Interesting. I just checked to see what dates might be available at 9:30 or Electric Factory because the Sisters have played there in the past, and then the former appears on the website. I wonder if Philadelphia will be one of the cities which gets filled in.
Baltimore, with certain lyrics in mind, would be a nice place as well.

Perhaps even more interesting...what will appear after Phoenix feb 18(except one or two dates in Bush State)? Are they going south and if so, how far south? Mexico surely, but maybe even further?

"Gentoo voodoo"? Well, at least he has taste in his choice of operating system.
Even if his tables-for-layout style of HTML coding leaves much to be desired.

Hmm, now at least there's more chance of finding cheapo tickets to fly over
Anyway: Lucky US bastards!

12 days off in the states? Surely enough time for them to record a new album with Steinman...

Anyone else feel like an abused spouse?
"he's ignored me for years, but he bought me flowers last week on his way home from the pub, he must still love me..."
Not that I'm not happy for you yanks - this must be good news. Mind you, all you do is whine when Euro shows get announced, wheras what do the Euro types do when US dates are announced? Get on the f**king plane

Yeah and those that are allowed into the US..
I have a feeling that I wouldn't get far if I applied for a Visa, especially if whilst during an interview in the US embassy I had to explain why I helped dismantle a McDonald's restaurant one May Day...

Surely that warrants more details? Fantastic.

i use dismantle in the loosest possible sense of the word..
Cost me seven and a half months of me life though but I would do it again if I were in the same place at the same time... though with better disguise!

Well, my mother has an Arabic name, and my uncle (the one who lives in the US and is the one who could send me the invitation that's crucial for receiving the visa) is an active member of quite a few anti-Bush organisations.
May I just repeat once again that I demand some gigs in Europe right after the US tour?

And a few before....
Oh what the hell, if the man is feeling generous I'd like a secret warm up gig in my front room please.....
I'd even let him smoke!

I still do hope so but I fear that the American dates are too many to still have a chance that Europe will be included as well. The man might be too tired. After the last major tour (i.e. 2003) it was quiet for more than a year.

Mhh, yes, his voice isn't quite up to long tours, is it
And I think you get very tired after such a tour...
Ah, we'll see what we'll get

Yee-haw! Nice to see the Sisters without it costing me the price of a transatlantic plane ticket...

Oh boy...get to work....and then....
IT'S ON!
This is good. This is great. What, seven years since the last US tour? This is good. Very good.
Webster Hall tickets not yet on sale. The Sisters haven't played there since...hmmm...1991, it looks like (when it was The Ritz).
No go on Roseland? More difficult to sell out, I would think (it's larger, I believe). Hard to imagine Irving Plaza hosting the lights and the smoke these days.
Webster Hall can be alright if you can get in early and get on the floor...otherwise you have to crowd that balcony and it's not always very pleasant at all. Drinks are too pricey, and getting in and out is a pain. Which mean....in early to watch The Warlocks (well worth it), then on to the Sisters....
This is good news. The day is brighter, despite the cold. What else to say?
As one mentioned, hopefully we get a Philly date.
No word on the tour name yet? Hopefully an above average long-sleeve shirt?
Oh boy......

Okay, okay, if you've seen it, apologies....but was pleased not to notice on the home page:
This website contains ninety-seven million words, which are
"Sisters Bite The Silver Bullet."
And in the source:
<BR><BR>This website contains ninety-seven million words, which are

<BR><BR>You're welcome.
<BR><BR>
<!--
<BR>Never mind. You can always listen to the records
or go see the band.
<BR>That's what it's all about.

Yes, I guess it is. We have the records and the boots, now more shows...Von gives audiences 'what they need'....
