So the tickets are now on sale through TicketPro:
https://www.ticketpro.ca/search/event_d ... nt_Id=3622

A bit more expensive than the pre-sale ones, but you can get them mailed if that's your thing.

Foufounes Électriques is probably the place to get a drink before the show.
It's a couple of doors down from Metropolis (at 87 St. Cathrine) and opens at 3pm.
Downstairs is a bar with a pool table or two, upstairs is the club. Good place to meet up if anyone is so inclined.

i'll bother you guys once again :D

do you know if there's any paper madia pubicizing the show ? like in the stores ont st-catherine, we always can find pieces of papers advertizing this and that more or less underground show (i'd call that a restraint fan-clubbed band or artist) ?

 i just would love to be sure every fan in here knows they're coming and will be there ... (i personnaly wouldn't mind at all designing them publicity and distribute some in the city)

There was an ad in last week's Mirror. Not a full one, but part of the upcoming shows at Metropolis kind of thing.

There will presumably be more of those at least.

I hope there are posters at some point, mainly so I can nick one though...

If I can find the wires for my scanner, absolutely. It is the same image as the others though, in black and white, with the band name and date.

I do want to scan it though, so I may as well do it before I lose the thing, and put it up here. So I should do this evening Eastern Standard Time.

It will give me something to do while waiting for the recordings of last night, and tonight :)

I will be in Toronto and Montreal as well.

Yes , that's me and Julian drinking and smoking behind a dumpster in Winnipeg. Who says the prairie isn't classy.

Never been to the Metropolis before. Does anyone know if the 20:00 time on the ticket is the time doors open or the time the Warlocks will be on? I don't want to be there at 8 if the bands won't start for a couple of hours after that, but equally don't want to show up at 10 to miss half the concert.

So the officially unofficial after show is going to be:

This place seems to be about a 10min walk from the venue, and the price is right!

Sounds like a great place to cap off the shows.
