and this is definitely Ben himself:

Now, does anyone have any idea who and why and on whose behalf has been doing these 3:
http://www.myspace.com/nearmethexperience
http://www.myspace.com/thesistersofmercy2006
http://www.myspace.com/drugsar2006
:?:

Nice video files though.

Nice video files though.
I mentioned elsewhere that the last two links are by someone who seems to be named Chris J., from California. Notice the images on the site are linked to a photobucket account from "Dubler6", and a search on google for that alias will give you quite a bit of information about him.

His Yashi page (where all the videos on all three sites are from) is http://www.yashi.com/?myvideos&muid=456469 And you can download the video files from there, if you know how (others have already explained). He also owns this myspace, which might not be "work safe".

I have no clue who the last person really is (he just uses other people's video files...), but it's the funniest page of all!

And there's another Eldritch on myspace, too. Http://www.myspace.com/eldritch777 I have a suspicion this person is that "Byron" member on here...

Erm...How?
Deep inside I'm a blonde, you know... :)
The trouble is, for some reason I can only see the first 15 or so seconds of the videos online, so I guess only downloading them onto my PC could help.

Blond

I use a program called Flashget which is one of the best download manager progs I've used.

To get it to work with Firefox you have to download a couple of extra things which are in the FAQ for Flashget.

 silly question

is a that a real (i mean, created by the band - or band closely related person) profile or a "fan" profile --i have andrew eldritch "fake/fan" among my friends -- and i can't quoite be sure -- those seems to grow like wild mushrooms

thanks for sharing this one, seems pretty nice

That's ok; I'm blonde inside, too. :)

You can also do something so simple as right click and choose "view source." Then when you're on Notepad viewing tons of weird stuff, click "Edit", and then "Find", and keep searching for "mov" until you find a link like this mixed in: http://file.yashi.com/1/movie/257028.mov (that's the "We are the Same Susane" video, I believe). However, I don't know how the process would differ for anything other than Windows.

Sorry-- I don't think I could explain it any more in depth without sounding any more confusing!

If this helps... you have to go to the page on Yashi where the actual video is (and is playing). When right clicking, click on some white area on the webpage, not the actual video itself. Then, while searching, you'll have to go through about three "mov"-s in the source code until you find the link with the .mov file.

Maybe someone else could search through all the pages' source codes (I think there's 10 videos to get on Yashi). I don't think I have the time, unfortunately.

You can find a lot more .mov files on that Yashi page... http://www.yashi.com/?myvideos&muid=456469 Click on the links to be taken to the videos.
