Here's a gig I wish I could attend. I lost many a brain cell at the LCR, amidst its famously sticky floor, dancing to tunes too embarassing to mention, and being asked to, er, leave, on an occasion or two. Ah, UEA...

could someone tell me please: :?:

how far out of town is the campus?
i'll probably be driving so i'll park up near the gig -is town near enough to go for a drink or have we got just the student bar for pre-gig socialising?
and can i get to the union without going through the town centre? (coming from the west on the A47)

i believe it's walkable if you're a marthon walker...which means bus or taxi for everyone else :innocent:

oh well, that makes it a bit easier for me i suppose. i'll probably be driving straight back after the gig unless there is any sort of after-party being planned.
