So there's this guy sitting in Selfridges making models out of "an estimated 72,000 biscuits, including digestives, chocolate digestives, rich tea, hobnobs, caramels and fruit shortcake."

I wonder why he's not using Garibaldis - I should think that their thin profile yet overall structural integrity would make them ideal for such a project.
