Work It Alice/This Is Corrosive

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

The mash-up scene is still very much alive. So kick back, relax and enjoy:

This illustrates the point that just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Hmmm. Decidedly dodgy. I have to say I like This is Corrosive a lot, lot, lot more. Because ... ... ... it sounds more like This Corrosion by The Sisters of Mercy. Go figure

None of the mash-ups are particularly good, but I’ve had some fun with them. And that’s all I’m asking for.

I love the British mindset. There really is nothing quite like it anywhere in Europe.

I tried to have a listen but it seems the first site has exceeded its bandwidth use limit and the second one is just an error page.

Any other options?

I’m just a humble young girl who worships pop music. If loving pop is wrong, I don’t wanna be right. That being said, I am most definitely NOT one of the Huzzter’s lackeys – I didn’t know the man had any. But if the man ever wants my advice, I am still waiting for Hilary Duff feat. That Guitarist. The Duffster and the Huzzter would be such a dynamic duo.
