Fields of the Nephilim, anyone?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

That's the first time I've heard the Nephilim properly, I have to say I'm not a fan of flour bands.

Here is a summary of the promo- yakety-yak:
"elegiac and atmospheric tracks like on Elizium, as well as up-tempo songs, all branded with McCoys distinctive voice.

It is of course the best they ever did.

On the Limited Edition will be a videoclip."

she is not bad, if a trifle corny, lyrically.

new gold dawn is a very poor NFD

straight to the light is awful ("somefin we know" :!: aww, c'mon carl!), and is that the bassline to psychonaut i hear? lordy, the boy is short on ideas isnt he? :|

sad when these days the originals aren't even as good as a spinoff band like NFD

I like She. It's good old Fields.

The quality of the songs are terrible! Common, don't they want to sell any records (SPV that is)? Why not put them up in 320 Kbit MP3s? It's just short clips.. :(

I think you've just answered your own question
"And when you start to think about death, you start to think about what's after it. And then you start hoping there is a God. For me, it's a frightening thought to go nowhere".
