Re: Sisters spotting
Went see Gatecreeper tonight. Not only did the tour shirt have the same photo of the singer in an MR85 tee that's on the back of the album, the between sets playlist included Alice

Oh hello https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GZmu_-qXsAgyqDP?format=jpg&name=900x900 considering this... would be better if day tickets were an option... do update us if they do become an option I’ve been to every BT for the last fourteen years, and I’d be very surprised if day tickets are offered. The...

Re: 'HERE'. The successor to 'Paint My Name in Black and Gold'
Pledged. Also, I'm not saying Von is contrary, but if anything's going to get a fourth album out of him it's someone writing a book about how it doesn't exist. Could be the greatest win win situation of all time.

Re: If The Sisters of Mercy made another album, what songs would you want to be on it?
I'd love to have proper recordings of Eyes Of Caligula, Here, But Genevieve, Crash & Burn, Don't Drive On Ice, Black Sail, On The Beach, War On Drugs and When I'm On Fire. Suzanne would be be nice, but the website version is decent enough. If we had all the others in that quality without Von spe...

Re: Kai as a permanent member
Big fan of Kai, I think their energy and enthusiasm on stage is great for the band. I also had a brief chat with them the day before the Bristol gig, and they seemed dead nice and friendly. I'd be very happy if they stick around for a bit.

Re: 2023-11-15 The Marble Factory, Bristol, UK
Enjoyed that a lot. It was a blast to finally properly hear all the new songs that I've been caning the recordings of, they sounded great and were the highlights of the show for me. Andrew's voice was strong (in the context of Andrew - for most other frontmen I would describe it as "audible&quo...

Looks like The Knights Templar (Wetherspoons, boo!) for pre-gig drinks then... The Barley Mow is in the same area, little bit further on from the train station but just as close to the venue. It's a much nicer pub (but it isn't at all big) https://www.bristolbeerfactory.co.uk/pages/the-barley-mow

Re: Sisters Images game. The reboot
No new Jerusalem, cos it's the last issue? If so then yes, that's far too obscure  good though. That's it! The lead character was Spider Jerusalem, and that was the last issue. At last, our long national nightmare is over! In my defence I did think there might have been an overlap between fans...
