Are they both the same mix? Reason I ask is I've just been copying my FALAA LP onto the computer and I have a scratch or something about halfway through the 3rd verse. I have another copy but I can't be arsed to see if this one is ok (never played it yet, but I know it has been played in the past).
If they're the same mix then I'll be lazy and chuck the CD version on instead.

i seem to recall one of them has a longer fade-in intro. but i cant remember where i heard that or which version it is.
and it sounds to me that the guitars are mixed a bit differently on the cd version (as with the rest of the 92 mixes they sound a big muggy IMHO)

What’s the difference between a buffalo and a bison?
I think the fade-out is a bit different on the CD too. It starts earler so it takes longer to fade. This is just from memory - haven't listened to the CD in such a long time.
Plus what Quiffy said about the mugginess

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
