Turbonegro in Leeds

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

My favourite band is playing in Leeds on the 20th May @ The Cockpit.
If you have not seen them yet, I would really reccommend you to go to that gig - you will change your mind on what the REAL live music is all about

other dates:
19.05 London
21.05. London
22.05.Morecambe (wasted)
29.05 Birmingham (with NMA)

Beetlejuice meets the Village People.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

Well... for me they ARE the next big thing... the best thing! They have huge Turbojugend following all over the world, except England.
But, I have heard from their record label people that English market is very difficult for them. :?

They played the St. Pauli-benefit in 2003, the same day Mr. Eldritch entered the stage with a bass guitar wearing a funny goalie-outfit just to join Justin Sullivan on stage.
Nice gig (Mr Sullivan feat. Mr Eldritch) and a f**king AMAZING GIG by those guys from Norway.

some pictures from that sunny day

Das machte viele Leute sehr wütend und wurde allenthalben als Schritt in die falsche Richtung angesehen."

I can't believe that band's name  If I had to mention it in public I'd probably get carted off to the police station.
