Oh, so this is REAL G***!?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I've gotta find that. I'll add it to the list of "Must hear some time".

BUT, the "crowning gems of my record collection to be hunted down before I die" list is as follows:

1) Bauhaus - The Sanity Assassin b/w Spirit In The Sky
2) Soft Cell - Ghost Rider flexi
3) The Velvet Underground - All Tomorrow's Parties
4) TSOM - Long Train flexi
5) TSOM - The Last Magician Of Rational Thought (A-Z gatefold sleeve), Razor Smiles, All Along The Watch Tower, and as many other 7" bootlegs as I can
6) TSOM - Russian Flexis

So far, all I have is Long Train, so I better start saving up. ;)

its part of the hendrix medley on the ltd edition bonus 12" that came with initial copies of "the art of falling apart" album.

the other track on the 12" is "martin", which is an absolute epic, a goth classic!! :D

both are on the re-issue CD of "the art..." :notworthy:

Well, I just won a Last Magician off of eBay. It's not an A-Z gatefold version, but hell, it's white vinyl and looks cool as hell. :D

i've just realised which boot "last magician" actually is (its the white vinyl that gave it away).i think i may have inadvertently given false information elsewhere and referred to "last magician.." when in fact i meant "victims of circumstance".oops!

<<runs off and checks>>

all sorted now,sorry!

@at Dark-don't you just love the intro to "a rock an a hard place" on that? :von: :notworthy:

I also like a band called Dimmu Borgir who are a satanic band from somewhere in Germany.

Young, g**h, and probably failed his geography module: since when Scandinavia is "somewhere in Germany"

Nice one, Quiffy. :D

I was looking for it, but it seems this annoying seller WON'T do non-recorded 1st Class. I'll have to ask him to send it to one of my friends. Which irritates me GREATLY.

I feel bad even talking about this, but anyway... I am not a fan of Soft Cell generally, although they have a 12" mix of Tainted love which segues into their cover version of the Motown classic, Where Did Our Love Go? This was good - for the latter half of the song
.... there is no semblance of rock 'n roll around here!
