I GOT THE EMPIRE!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

They started work on a second album but never finished it. I think Eurovision (where they had a decent song but sang it abysmally) effectively ended their career.

I know far too much about this, don't I?
You worry me at times, mackem.

Keep 'em rollin' in boys.
I spoke too soon. Unlike certain elderly, short, bald fakers, it would appear our nubile young Russian fakers (who are, co-incidently also quite short) will release a new album on Oct 17. The English title will be 'Dangerous and Moving', 'Ludi Invalidi' in Russian.

In case it isn't horrific enough by itself, Sting is guesting on bass for one number.

It might mean an official release for two or three songs which have been floating around for a while, but since pirate recordings are rife in Russia there's not much point.

http://www.tatu.ru/news.html?id=94&page=0&l=en, if you happen to care.

If I were you I'd start hoping for more by Silver Ash instead. Chinese, very commercial but actually quite good. I'd have pasted some of their lyrics if I could type in pictographs. Gorgeous Devil was almost appropriate earlier on.

And I know I shouldn't cross-ref to other forums, but this is fantastic:

I might even sign up. Just to practise my Russian, of course.

So no-one thought the prospect of them as vampires in 'kinky school bitch outfits' was worthy of comment?

Admirable restraint.

I'm not sure what 'quillions of killin and blood and ridin the punanni scenes' would entail, but I think it might be a long film to fit all that in.

Anyone heard from Black Horizons lately, btw?
