AFAIK there are two different ones Dark.
One black vinyl with dark green lettering on the cover (the regular) and one with a lighter green lettering like you see on the eBay auction you mentioned, but then with black vinyl instead of red. The black with the lighter green lettering is the rarest.

Correct me if I'm right.

After a qucik research in the archive.
1. Belgian TOL, lighter green lettering, slighter red vinyl. Without sticker.
2. Belgian TOL, darker green lettering, red vinyl. Sticker on sleeve.
3. Belgian TOL, Lighter green lettering, black vinyl
4. Belgian TOL, Darker green lettering, black vinyl.
