So what's your top 5 songs you'd like to hear during this tour???

Gimme Shelter > one of Sisters best remakes
Adrenochrome > Have they ever played this live?
Poison Door > or this
Bury Me Deep > maybe this
The Damage Done > certainly they must have played this once or twice.

Maybe not in this order Mr.E :notworthy:

Adrenochrome was played many times in the early years, but not even once since 1984. Same thing for Damage done, only it was dropped at the end of 82. Bury me deep on the other hand never was and Poison door only once at a radio session in 84.
I'm afraid apart from Gimme shelter the chances of hearing this songs live (well, apart from boots) are very slim.

1. Capricorn/I Didn't Know I Loved You (yes, I know it coutns as two)
2. Adrenochrome (Would be nice to hear it revised and revamped like Anaconda)
3. Train/Detonation Boulevard (either do the medley right, or not at all)
4. This Corrosion (for old times sake)
5. Will I Dream! (Don't like the fact that more and more unreleased songs are dropping from the setlist)

What I would like to see dropped...
1. Dominion

The old new songs are probably being dropped due to the association with Mr Whammy.

5 songs I'd like to hear? Five new ones please :innocent:

1. Jolene (just because you can)
2. 1959
3. Finland Red, Egypt White - (I know it won't happen, but I would just love to hear it live), maybe backed onto Knife, Paper, Stones & Guns
4. Torch
5. A cover of Spice Up Your Life (come on, you know you want it too )

That's a nide idea, since we have so little - or not at all - control over what :von: thinks is good for the band.

Just an idea about covers, en passant. I'm not fond of the Spice gals stuff. For something you'd never imagine you'd hear the Sisters play live, how about Sam Cooke's Twisting the night away ?
And for something perhaps less surprising, these days I'm a lot into The Clash's Police on my back. Plus that would make it a cover's cover (Eddy Grant).

When You Don't See Me
This Corrosion
Amphetamine Logic
Dr Jeep - Detonation Boulevard
You Could Be the One

i won't include i Was Wrong in the list because i'm sure they'll play that in Europe even if the audience in the US can't stfu.

But more than that, the new ones. Also i'd much prefer new ones than old songs revamped.

And just to clarify, i'm perfectly happy with the current setlist and don't mind if it's still the same old stuff i've heard literally countless times from bootlegs by the time i get to see them (for the first time ever) in Sweden. They're all my favourites anyhow.

Now that i think of it, though, would be nice to see Von doing Stop Dragging My Heart Around a capella.

I'd be surprised if we ever got Gimme Shelter again - I've always assumed the Utah's gig was it's swansong.
If he rests Summer, On The Wire and Giving Ground for the Euro dates I'll be happy, he can play whatever he wants in their place. Though No Time To Cry sounds rather nifty with big chunky powerchords ;)

I doff my cap Jess, yet again, in your direction. :notworthy:

Lights. Yep. Imagine if they did. In Leeds only.

I'm still waiting for him to drop a guitarist and add several thousands layers of blistering techno to the set. You know it'd be stonking. :von:

Didn't :von: say that he'd "forgotten" the words to Adrenochrome (stupid sod!)

I would love them to play Adrenochrome.
When I first saw Bauhaus and heard Bela live for the first time, I turned to my mate and said that I can now die happy!
Same goes for Adrenochrome

Also I wouldn't mind a good bop to;

CN/SKOS
Body Electric
Summer (sorry czuczu)
and some speed... sorry Logic!

How's that a problem ?

Just to make things clear : I'd have tons of ideas myself. But I'm actually happy with the shows as they are right now. An average Sisters gig with hardly any surprise is still better than most other acts.

Good evening and welcome, and may I congratulate you on a thoroughly stonking username. :notworthy: :notworthy: Was just watching their 'best-of fighty-bits' dvd last Friday. Excellent accompaniment to being severely trolleyed.

- Body electric

And also a top 5 live covers:
- Capricorn
- Emma
- Knocking on heaven's door
- Sister Ray
- Confide in me
