Good morning guys.
Went to bed at about five but up already, couldn't really sleep
But anyway! Last night was marvellous!
MB and
Jos couldn't really find my place, so in the end I went to St-Niklaas by train, short ride, so that's okay. Still want to thank them for the offer to pick me up
I arrived at about six, we had a couple of drinks, chatted a bit, met
dave-kompas too (another fine man) and then James Ray and his Gangwar walked in. Said hello, asked how they felt about the gig,
Scardwel was a bit nervous as it was his first gig out of the country, but in the end they all seemed to look forward to the gig. Then the three of us (MB, Jos, me) went to look for something to eat (and we found some place in the end, though we walked past the place we were supposed to eat

) but then we felt eight o'clock getting nearer so we had to hurry.
At eight sharp we got back at the venue, but there was no sign of any activity at all so we had to wait. Quite a while actually
They didn't start performing until quite late (about ten I think) but luckily they
did open the merchandise stall
Got me a tee, which came with an underdog flexi and two These Crimson Dreams CDs. Plus one Third Generation LP per person
Then there was the gig. It was really quite something, it had this great feeling about it, like one big trance, I can't say much more than 'I loved it', because I did

Every song was utterly great, but I especially loved the Rocket USA/Frankie Teardrop they did. Very groovy!
Here's the setlist:
The end of the gig was really funny too. They just walked off the stage through the audience

We were expecting more or less to get an encore, but apparently we were screaming without any goal

Loved it without the encores too, obviously
After the gig all of us chatted around a bit, first amongst ourselves, in the end with all the band members. Top guys, every single one of them!

We went backstage a bit later on, and had some great talks.
To finish it all off we went downstairs, where
radiojamaica beat everyone on the pool

The Gangwar did have their revanche though

And then somewhere before five, we went home, had a good night rest (well, speaking for myself obviously

)
As I said greeting everyone 'hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did', because it just was f**king awesome
MB, Jos, Christophe, radiojamaica, dave-kompass, uncle sister, James Ray, the Gangwar you're all fine people! (didn't forget about anyone, did I

)
EDIT: I made a video and a couple of pics, I'll be putting them online if they're any good
