I'm home again after the show. It was an ok performance, but not more. Same setlist at usual, with Neverland and without I was wrong. Highlight was Susanne, I thought. Beautiful guitars and a good voice. Slept was sung unusually clear, good for the lyrics section if a bootleg appears. Next to no interaction from the band apart from some Von-comment before Slept (of course). Neverland was played after Romeo down, so I thought Romeo started from the beginning again. There was also some minor dr avalanche-fuss at the start of Something fast, Andrew mumbled something and the song started again.

The band looked a bit tired, and I think Brussels-Berlin in their tour bus is a bit too much without a day to rest.

The audience sucked; outside of the mosh pit nothing (that is: nothing except the occasional fight and grumbling) was going on, so you almost got a feeling the moshpit was just artificial breathing in a dead crowd. Compared to Hamburg this was a joke, don't regret if you couldn't go!

After the show I saw Ben standing alone outside in the cold with a couple of setlists he had promised to bring for some fan. Is that Mr Nice Guy or what?? Nobody seemed to recognize him, or they didn't care. He had noticed too that the crowd wasn't so lively tonight. He seemed to know nothing about the Krakow date when I asked him about it, and he really sounded like it was the first time someone had mentioned it to him. So I guess we should hope for it but not celebrate it yet!

To sum it up in a line: Despite that I live in this city, I think the Sisters should avoid it next time - it has got much more Sisters shows than it deserves.

I thought it was a very good show compared to Florence! See you all in Koln and yes, as far as I know Krajkow has been confirmed.

I don't think you have to worry, Ben was chatting with people (I guess Eva and Andrew) in the front row before the concert, and some 15-20 minutes after the concert he was standing outside at a fence next to the venue. And remember, he -wants- to talk to you, I don't get a feeling that he's disturbed by chatting fans :-)

Back home either.

Me thinks the gig was average on a high level. The sound was pretty good (at least where I was standing) and the voices were the clearest I have heard on this tour yet.

Too bad they did not open the balcony so the venue was pretty packed. The crowd was the same as in 2001: too many people just standing there and watching the stage - you could assume they must be dead already - if they were not complaining as soon as you start moving/dancing yourself. I watched this gig from a place near the mixing desc so I can't tell about the action in front of the stage but from what I heard after the gig the security sucked either.

Pretty much smoke also. Little too much imho. Von could hardly be seen most of the time.

However, although complaining I had a good time. This gig was for the music and for the lights. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ben and Chris also joined the after show party in the Silver Wings Club. Thanks to artfuck for bringing us in for free. :D Has been nice to meet some more Heartlanders either (*waves @ Delilah and Indrek*).

You didn't miss much, and judging from your review you had much more fun than most people there  It's a heavy thing to completely forget the encores ;-)

But there were pictures taken close-up, so I think they will appear soon!
