Status update - Mrs E has declined the gig on account of:
a) She really enjoyed the Melkweg show (only her second Sisters' gig) and would like that to be her abiding memory of the band.
b) We're travelling back from Inverness the day before and she doesn't feel up to another long journey by train.
So, my mate Neil will be a late half-time substitution for the gig (with Halfman II still in attendance).
I will, however attempt to turn up, for a change, in timeous fashion and
socialise at Stavka.
