I'm visiting some friends in Hamburg and it struck me that Andrew lived in Hamburg for a time. Does anyone know where ? Or which quarter ?
I can defintely see why he chose this city to live in, it's an übercool city...

It's been mentioned by varous sources that now lives in Spain, Hamburg or Leeds? Oh, Amsterdam has been mentioned too! Nobody is 100% certain where he lives. It's all guess work.Only a very few folks would know his whereabouts.
His brother might know?

He lived somewhere down the Reeperbahn in a small adjacent street. I can' remember the street name though. but yes, its St. Pauli.
Put their heads on f*cking pikes in front of the venue for all I care.

The street is called Hamburger Berg. It's right off Reeperbahn. Near Große Freiheit (two streets down the block, I think).

The line ought to be updated to "20359 Hamburg".

If anyone does know, I’m sure they’ll be smart enough to keep it confidential - hopefully.
I don’t think Eldritch would be very happy to wake up in the morning and find Goths parked on his Lawn with cameras in hand; he is a very private man after all.
I can just imagine the news report now: aged, agitated rocker slays Goth groupies with terrific fencing skills.

Well, they may as well have a use, rather than sitting gathering dust in the corner as they have been for the past few years!DocSommer wrote:Using microphone stands?nick the stripper wrote: I can just imagine the news report now: aged, agitated rocker slays Goth groupies with terrific fencing skills.

It occurs to me that once said that he fell in love with the girl behind the cheese counter at his local Spar. If he lived on Hamburger Berg then his local one would have been 350 metres away on Paul Roosen Straße. I think we should have an HL field trip there to see whether she's as cute as all that.

do canals count as "by the sea"? specifically the stretch of the leeds-liverpool canal near rodley?

Not sure if will forgive you for giving the potential stalkers such a big clue there, Boss.Quiff Boy wrote:

I thought that the "by the sea" referred to his Dutch pad (no surprise that he lives in Holland, the ultimate Floodland) and had visions of the great man clutching a portion of hot churros queuing up to do the bungy jump off that crazy '70s pier they have in Scheveningen.

I can relate to that! The girl at the info counter of Real supermarket in my hometown is absolutely gorgeous, she looks like a 6,3 ft tall Emma Peel.EvilBastard wrote:It occurs to me that once said that he fell in love with the girl behind the cheese counter at his local Spar.
