I won't be making it as one of my housemates died on Tuesday night. It was pretty screwed up to put it mildly, she basically drowned in the bath, without going into further details.
I was one of three people that found her and tried to resuscitate her, but it was way too late by that point. The coroner is still conducting their investigation and I have to stay in London in case the police need further statements or the like, plus we have no idea when the funeral will take place or how it will take place as she didn't have any relatives..
Next time guys.. for sure..
thats dreadul news. i'm really sorry to hear about that...
until the next time, herr gott

OK.. if I'm not coming I have a spare ticket to give away..
Anyone interested in it drop me a PM..
Also, one single train ticket London to Leed, leaving 14.30 on the Friday, will sell for face value or close enough.. ( which I think was £19 or something like that.)
Again, PM..

Your time will come Doktor (either to have some luck or to large it up with 2/3rds of The Sisters).Doktor Gott wrote:Tell me about it.. and supposedly my Finnish ex was larging it up with the Sisters after the Helsinki Festival - well 2/3rds of them from what I've heard!Quiff Boy wrote:

Good idea! I wouldn't mind hooking up with the convoy inbound for Planet Dave, as it's a dangerous trip into the Shire.
Also expensive.

I'd suggest the Angel and their cheap Alpine Lager.

There you go, now just figure out a time.timsinister wrote:...and chips and chilli.
My work here is done.
True, it's a good call as long as 'whoever' goes to the bar remembers to ask for four pints of Samuel Smith's Alpine lager and not four pints of Samuel Smith's ...yuk!hallucienate wrote:I'd suggest the Angel and their cheap Alpine Lager.

I would recommend the Samual Smith's Pure Brewed Lager myself. The 'Alpine' stuff, formerly known as 'Ayingerbrau' is best kept for doing the dishes.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.
