Where is the punchline? Because of complaints and bickering, one punchline is now here (at least temporarily). The Joke forum was out of control at one point, which is why the one, lone, solitaary, specific rule for the area was instituted. That should not be too much.
No harsh feelings. Now use your edit buttons or other offending threads will join it. After all, you have seen the issue being discussed if you have made it to this thread.
