As for Wayne's first, I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure there was a bootleg called "Body and Soul" or something (www.darkalice.de is down, so I can't check), Wayne's first gig, which had the first live outings of Train and Walk Away(?).

EDIT: 04-Oct-1984 was the first time these were played, according to the Weeding section, so it might be then.
