according to rumours from the poison-door-forum adam has a new band/project called something like "defakter", album release spring 2007 via universal.
"Am Anfang wurde das Universum erschaffen.
Das machte viele Leute sehr wütend und wurde allenthalben als Schritt in die falsche Richtung angesehen."

KICK OUT THE JAMS, MOTHERF*CKERS!!!
oh yeah, the Motor City Five played in Antwerp yesterday. And they haven't lost it at all over the years!
The first few songs were way too low in volume-control and I feared the worst, but 2 songs further the volume went up and the boys (read that as slightly older chaps) began to rock! Hard! By the time they played Starship I was heading for space really fast, only to come down in the very small hours after the gig in the bar...
Blessed are the old guard DKT: Wayne Kramer, Michael Davis, and Dennis Thompson
Blessed is Mark Arm (from Mudhoney)
Blessed is Lisa Kekaula (yes I believe!!) and last but not least:
Blessed is Adam Pearson (who was introduced by Michael Davis as Adam of The Sisters of Mercy)
Lisa and Mark came on stage and went off when doing their bits'n'pieces, but Adam was on stage from the very beginning until the end (really the end as he was, together with us Heartlanders, the last man standing in the bar ). He sang some tunes, played a mean guitar and threw his pick in the crowd to say goodbye (somehow that thing ended up in my pocket thanx again Liesbeth you're the best!)
another TOP NITE OUT with the Heartland Antwerp/Zoersel branch, although the big man Z was missed bigtime, due to other party-commitments.
But the party had to go on anyway, so Christophe, Libby, Joery & little ole' me made the bar our home and we were still there when they closed the doors around 5 in the morning. In those hours lots of words filled the room and we finally had a talk with the legendary mister Whammy. Did you cats know he likes the pre FaLaA-stuff best when it comes to the Sisters and that he lives in Berlin? Well, you do now
But the nicest thing to see was Libby talking for a very long time with him about books and psychology and who knows what...
okay, gotta stop now before I bore y'all to death...
ciao bello,
K.

Not enough words to say how great the band was really. They blew us away completely.
And now thinking back about last night it even becomes better and better.
This morning at 6.30 we had to grab together what was left of us because we had to go to school
We only saw our bed for an hour or something but no regrets from us. I've got the impression our starship has'nt even landed yet
Besides from the concert it was as always big fun with Koen and Christophe and how we wanted our Z to be there too!!!
And no guys, I'm not gonna tell all the secrets I know about Adam
Thanks Christophe for the TOOl cd's but I also prefer 'Cortez the Killer' right now
TOP NITE OUT indeed and a big to the HL Antwerp/Zoersel branch!

Nice work christophe!

In opposite to a Belgian newspaper, who called it painful out of date
sixties psychedelica, we don't regret them having changed Miss X into
Starship, do we?
Watching your video brought shivers all over my body, Christophe!
Well done!!!
Definitely worth the blood and tears and quite artistic actually
A big thankee to you but I'm outta here now, cause I have to see it again!

And no one who met Adam that nite asked him anything about the Sisters, why he left, and if the rumors are true that he wont allow the new songs to be released unless it's a major and that he wont allow downloads?
No one asked him these questions?
