But what sort of price have people paid for one?

I've never seen it around. Having said that I haven't been searching for it for long.

So whats a fair price for an EX/EX copy?

I think another one went for about 45 quid. There was also one floating around in a job lot, but it had no cover. Damage Done, on the other hand, recently went for 205, if I'm not mistaken...
