Never land (full length)

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I want to hear this song badly! However I don't want to buy the whole Floodland Remastered album just for it. Any tips? I haven't found any mp3's at all of this song... All I have found is the "a fragment" version.

Seconded

Thats why I ain't putting it on my file share-I had to buy it and so should everyone else.

Thinking about it I might put it on as a "Napster bomb" and cheapskate bastards will get "Cry little sister" by that Gerard McMann bloke instead

No way! The only way I will buy the remastered albums would be if my original CD's became damaged. So far they all work fine.

(btw, I have the song now and it's great, maybe just a little too long)

Hmmm. You must all be UK/mainland, I'm guessing? The remasters aren't even available here on the wrong side of The Pond...

I think Never Land (Full Length) wins the number of threads about one song competition hands down :P

This sort of mentality is one of the reasons he hasn't put out a new record. I wouldn't either if I knew I'd just be pissing money away by recording, pressing, and advertising it when cheap bastards like you would download it for free.

They're not expensive (dirt cheap, in fact).

They're in nice packaging.

You get a half-way decent essay about the band.

You get the mighty Never Land.

You can help contribute to the resurrection of the Sisters popularity, and maybe even up the chances of getting a proper box set (containing lotsa juicy goodies) or even a new LP.

What's not to love?
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
