"Official" bootlegs or also non boot live recordings?
Official boots in a non particular order:
Sisters - Enjoy The Puppet Show. Good sound and voice. Von in a good mood. Very powerfull.
Fields Of The Nephillim - Forever & Ever. Good sound. Great setlist.
The Cult - 1986. Good sound. Great gig from te Love tour.
Sisters - Disguised In Black. One of the best boots I got. Good sound with a great setlist back in the days.
Talk Talk - Talking Coulour. Very nice boot of of a band I liked back in the days. Some great long versions of some songs. Good asound as well.
Sisters - Smoke & Mirrors. Good sound and also a nice collection of most of the new songs.
Radiohead - Computer K.O. Their best songs during a great gig in Utrecht.
Crowded House - I Take The Weather With Me. Funny and cheerful.
Sisters - Demos And Rarities (1981 -2003). Not sure it's an "official bootleg" but a great compilation on 4 cd's.
Smashing Pumpkins - Exit Mellon Collie. Great gig from the Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness Tour.
Sisters - Some Boys Wander By Mistake.
That makes it eleven. The list can be different tomorrow...
If it should contain "non official" boots also the list would be far much longer than 10. Would be too difficult to mention the best 10 and it would contain lots of Sisters' gigs.

If you are talking about live recordings, they are great because of different reasons. I might have been there, it might contain great versions of certain songs and they might sound good. Anyway; my list of favorite Sisters' recordings that come up to my mind right now:
Brussels 2006, second gig. Marvelous sound and it breaths energy.
Paris 2006. "I Was Wrong" was very intense...great gig.
Lokeren 2005. Very good gig with a nice surprise.
Smoke and Mirrors 2003 boot as mentioned above.
Amsterdam 2003 as the recording I have is just perfect and it was agreat gig though lots of peole do not agree.
Rendsburg 97. Great gig and a stonking Sister Ray version.
Philly 97 or Dublin 97. Just because it is very enjoyable to listen to. Great sound. Wiesen 97 is even better I guess but I have an incomplete setlist on cd.
Crystal Palace 1993. The Puppet one. Reasons mentioned above.
Also love the day at the beach in Zeebrugge one.
Pukkelpop 1992. The recording I got is ace. Not the Electric Live one.
Newcastle, the 1985 gig (Disguised In Black). Excellent gig with an excellent sound. Also because of Nine While Nine.
Stockholm 1985 (Opus Dei boot). Always love listening to that one.
Nijmegen, Doornroosje 1984. Excellent and beautiful gig!
The Hague 1984 (Live in the Trojan Horse boot). Excellent gig and perfect sound.
London 1982 (the Christmas on Earth boot). The very early days with Kiss The Carpet as opening song.
If there is a recording with the same sound of the 1990 Hamburg gig from which Ribbons and Something Fast are taken and released it would be one of my favorites as well.
That makes it around 15 and I will probably have forgotten some that I might have listed yesterday or tomorrow but this should give you an idea.

"Silence is platinum" is obviously one of the nicest bootleg I had
"Disguised in black" the best sounding one

A few nominees from me:
Stockholm 85 - for the sound, the atmosphere, and Von in a foul mood during Gimme Shelter.
LA Alexandria Hotel 83 - for "leper jokes", Ghostriders in the Sky, the band as a (?)three-piece(?), and fun with technical issues; but has rather poor sound quality.
Stuttgart Nov 84 - some of the all-time best on-stage one-liners, and a Temple tease before Train.
Near Meth Experience (the one with the good sound quality) - one of the best ways to hear most of the new tracks, warts and all, band in rollicking good form.
Hard Reign - a good collection of the early demos.
Nijmegen 84 - I'm a sucker for 84 recordings, and this is another damn fine one.
London ULU 83 - another nice early performance.
Moscow Thing DVD - oh yes!
Stockholm 85 - for the sound, the atmosphere, and Von in a foul mood during Gimme Shelter.
