and i know a person who owns a copy as well.
now i dont want to jump to any conclusions but

by the way there s another box set here

I have alot of questions about this box and the "shadow of angles" box as they come from the pallazograssi boys which always made high quality boots, these boxes looked cheap and hardly worth getting
Hence my reluctance (actually, utter avoidance) to bid on items with concealed identities. As a seller, I never did that.deadagain wrote:that 'skordox' seller seems a little dubious - his auctions always conceal the bidders identity. How do we know he's not artificially raising the bidding?
Almost as bad as concealing an identity when logging on to a forum.

That is 100% sure indeed
what do you mean? don't we all use nicknames rather than give our real names on Heartland?Petseri wrote:Almost as bad as concealing an identity when logging on to a forum.
Is this the place I used to know as Fatherland?
Although most do have usernames which are not their real names, we nevertheless have persona or characteristics associated with our usernames. Several also are known by their real names even if unrelated to their username. You know exactly who is meant by Barry or Indrek, for example.deadagain wrote:what do you mean? don't we all use nicknames rather than give our real names on Heartland?Petseri wrote:Almost as bad as concealing an identity when logging on to a forum.
My main gripe here is seeing when nine people are logged on to HL and over half (or even just a couple) are hidden. Heartland is a community. Why conceal yourself from others so much? Is there not enough buffer of privacy in having a username? I am not going to lose sleep over it, but if someone registers and posts, he or she is making the choice to join the community, no? We are all free to lurk without logging in or even registering. Like in the eBay example above, concealing identities generally shows a lack of trust.

I've got this one. Cost me approx £150 back in the day. I've never played the record, and am too fat to fit into the t-shirt!
