Royal Albert Hall organ intro??

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

The Introtape of the Royal Albert Hall gig was a medley of classical music and Lynyrd Skynyrd's Freebird played on a church organ, but does a recording exist of it??? All I have is the last 10 seconds. :(

Was it actually played on the Albert Hall's pipe organ?

I think it was.

It would be stupid to use a tape when you've got one of the world’s best organs at the back of the stage

Yeh it probably was. All the info is in one of the Heartland books which I can't locate at the moment.

it was handel's messiah,i think.
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"
