I got a copy of the 2nd edition one as a freebie in a trade :notworthy:

I also have a copy of this edition of the Heartland Anthology with Von in Hat on the front - inside the printing history is "First Edition Printing October 1990" and "Revised Edition Printed May 1992"

I am guessing that the copy on Ebay is a third or forth print!

I would guess it is the first edition then. I bought one exactly like it at the 1990 Wembley concerts.
