beware all cheap cd-r
More ebay madness (mk2)
Thanks Taylor!
A pity they aren't "buy now".
Aye I know they are only CDr's but sometimes I don't mind paying, as not everybody has something worthy of trading! You gotta start your collection somewhere!

Interesting you should flag this guy up. Before joing this forum I did purchase one from him. I think I expected more that an audience boot pressed onto two silver CDr's with some natty artwork.
Now, I learnt a lot more about Sisters boots since being here and reading everyone's comments and am thankfull to all the learned Heartlanders out there.
How does this guy get away with it? Three live doubles, plus 'Some Boys'/B-Sides on a bi-weekly basis, using the MR logo on the discs? He proabably earns £70-80 every two weeks for very little effort. AND he's getting greedy, as today he's posted another three witout waiting for the other auctions to finish!
But I agree with Big Si. Sometimes you have nothing to trade so have to spend your earned ca$h.
Loki was never worshiped as the other Gods,
Which is quite understandable.

It's a shame for 2 reason :
the auction does not state that them are cd-r
all cd's end up with a very high ammount
and for a strange reason nobody put negative feedback !
if I pay 80 quid for a cd-r, I will put a unforgetable feddback sure

Forgive my ignorance here Taylor, but help me out. What's the difference between a CDr and a CD? Other than to my mind, one is a lightweight shiney silver thing and one is a heavier shiney silver thing? Or am I just being stupid?taylor wrote:the auction does not state that them are cd-r

I'm deadly serious. Before coming on here I hadn't a clue. Now I'm trying to learn; bear with me. What this guy is flogging is heavy silver with the CD digital sound/audio logo thing on them, so does that make them CD''s or CDr's?ryan_w_0000 wrote:is that sarcasm or do you really not know

a CD is a factory pressed disk, what you'd buy a music shop.
a CDR is a home burnt disk, and vary in quality

Thank you. He's even more of a bastard than I thought.hallucienate wrote:a CD is a factory pressed disk, what you'd buy a music shop.

I got this from Cellthree...And he called it Near Meth...
This guy has it as New Meth

I also have a sneaking suspicion I've done busniess with this guy under another e-bay user name....James Bond...note the 007 in his new name.
Ouch!

Scroll down to 96/97 and you'll see. This guy is taking the p*ss. He can't even be arsed to put the right title on the auction.

And in two more posts I hit 600!
If he is not part of Myheartland, he probably is wondering why his items are getting so many hits. The view totals for his listings must be more than usual!
Go to http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/basics/select-RS.html it you want to report his activity.

If it's the same guy that I think it is, he will just close his account and resurface with a new name. Shortly after my transaction with Mr. Bond, his user name was deactivated!
Oh and for Petseri, if he was a member here, wouldn't you think he might say something to us about his auctions? But your right, his views totals have spiked!

This one annoyed me. Selling cd-r bootlegs to make money is one thing, but flogging a cd that has commercially available tracks on it is wrong.

Dont you like how he offers a money back guarantee for his items? And his feedback is just glowing.

Abuse sent to eBay.
I'm very solid in this. See earlier postings.
Bootlegs, silver CD, not much of a problem.
Copied CDRs of existing CD's: KILLKILLKILL
IZZY.

Actually I doubt it. With all of the blasting from us, I doubt that the seller would confess. Even the username may not match what he/she uses here. (Mine at eBay is at least similar to what I use here, in case anyone is interested.)Black Planet wrote: Oh and for Petseri, if he was a member here, wouldn't you think he might say something to us about his auctions? I think a few members of this forum know who this is.
Something tells me that he won't have much luck with those regular auctions of boston and anaheim 99 anymore
I didn't know there was a good bootleg of NY 99. There are two sources, right? From memory, the sound of the complete one isn't too good.007 wrote: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... egory=1572
