THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Tss tss, spanish??? Shame, shame on you
Anywhoo, hello hello
Wow, looong time no see
So this place (myheartland) still exists hu? Who would have thought Sisters fans are this insane to still talk about Von and his dead band after all these years
hmm, yeah, the Sisters will be here on the 17th of July and i'm going. I live 30 minutes away by car from the place they'll be playing haha
And yes, Peter Murphy on the same day, greatness
Unfortunately the Cult cancelled and were replaced by Tricky, which is sad at least for me. Still, that Doors cover band, Riders on the Storm will be here too, so i'm going to see that as well
Hmm, yeah
Ziggy lives!
Holy crap, 2 blasts from the past in swift succession! I dunno if I can handle this much nostalgia at once...
*Sniff* Those were the days, innit? \m/

I'm currently about 3 hours by bus (a bit less by car) from NYC (which, incidentally, kicks Chi-Town's sorry Midwestern ass right, left, and center! )...
Holy guacemole! Sisters, The Murph and Tricky all on one bill Wow.
That is sorely tempting, but I'll be cutting it pretty fine as it is with the days I'm taking off work for Suikkerrock, so I doubt I'll be able to make it. BAH!
Ah well, it's in Portugal, I'd probably find it too hot anyway. Hit the North!
There's a man with a mullet going mad with a mallet in Millets
Interesting side-note is that Mark Gemini Thwaite is playing with Peter Murphy on these shows. You know, former Mish axe-man. And he also used to play with Tricky. Maybe he can step in for the dweeb Ben and show him how its done.
