Halloween's Day on Ebay

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

I don't think I'd actually want to be reminded of the poor sound quality of that gig!
IIRC the sound quality of the boot was pretty much the opposite of what everyone who was there thought of the gig?
That's interesting to know. The sound quality in the venue was bloody awful - I presume the boot is a direct recording from the sound desk (and that the poor venue sound was a result of a crap PA and/or poor venue acoustics)

I have no clue, but it seems I was talking DVD as that's what I have, and that was pretty watchable (but then again I guess it's widely known I can't sit through and entire Sisters DVD, actually, I hardly ever get to the end of a 5 min video clip )

I just received a second chance offer to buy another copy of this record that the seller had laying around.
I bought it for my original bid so I saved a few bucks.

I should receive the last batch by the end of the week if lucky, then I will PM you the complete list.

I was going to bid $300 on this but got blown away by events!

Wild prices at present - there seems to be a renaissance around vinyl bootlegs at the moment - which is great if you're selling - less so if you're buying

off topic - nice result for Germany tonight 8)

ha ha - sadly I'm not 17.Auflage - his collection is accelerating much faster than my own - and as for being a supporter of Germany  NOPE! I'm pulling for Spain as INGERLUND (as lead by the Wally With The Brolley) failed the audition.

To make matters worse our own BBC R5 then went and employed him as a pundit so we have to listen to his inane mumblings!

RANT OVER

p.s. still don't get the bidding bit - life was easier when ebay listed the bidders

:?:

do you mean there is someting irregular in the bidding list?
The only strange thing i can see is the bidder with a 0 feedback.
But that is ebay. And yes, Life was easier when ebay listed the bidders with name.

Now that most of the "crazy buyers" seem to have their copy, I wonder what the final price will be. My guess is not more than €200, but we'll see...

Definitely does and 17. Auflage is in the race again with the 2nd highest bid. Although Ebay tries to make buyers anonymous, they alwalys use the same proxies (in case of 17. Auflage it is g***g)

I thought he already bought a copy (see above) - what the h*ck is the guy trying to do, dry up the Sisters market?

Watched several Sisters auctions and 17. Auflage was always g***g as well as Oppenheimer08, another frequent Sisters-buyer was always p***n
