THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. Good morning everyone (or good afternoon/evening for those living in different time zones), I couldn't find an official introduction section, so I decided to make my entrance here since I'm also going to Suikerrock.
My name's Maureen and I'm from the far south of the Netherlands, a place called Maastricht (I actually live in Belgium, but it's only about 3 metres from the border of Maastricht and much cheaper ^^). I'm 20 years old, psychology student and big Sisters fan of course! Suikerrock will be the first live experience for me, so I'm definetely looking forward to it!

Such coincidence! I'm also originally from Landgraaf :P . My father still has his dental practice there. But I'll start a new topic in the general section like you said :wink:

Hello all! Just wanted to say that I think all of you who are going to this gig or the Portugal one are soooo lucky!! Wish I could!! :cry: Hope all of you have safe & pleasant journeys to & from the shows. I know all will enjoy!! advice 2: listen to a recent live recording in advance (like the 11/05/06 Brussels one), that way you will recognise more than 4 songs :innocent: ;D
