body electric (diff lyricks)

Got any interesting thoughts on a set of lyrics? Any that don't involve the word "indeed"? Find yourself struggling to decipher all those obtuse references Von makes? Read "1959 And All That" and still no clearer? Nope, us neither. Postcards found lying in a skip around the back of the Chemists can be found here... Don't say you weren't warned.

but does any1 know the text for the alternate Body Electric version from the kenny giles bootleg?

It's mostly the same as the single version, I'm not 100% certain the final line is correct but it sounds right.

Huh. You know, I've always wondered about that line, and (from memory, it's been a while since I listened to it), you may be right, Rob.. or at least quite close.
