Is this official? Apparently it's a promo for F&L&A, at first glance I would've ignored it but the WEA information on the sleeve makes it look slightly more convincing.

Not official, a bootleg that was pressed in different colours. It was released around year 2000 if I remember correctly, was common at the time..
