Brussels-Paris as it seems!
Listenable, but I clearly would have preferred Hypernova. Well, another hour to order beer then

Speaking of pubs-Obvious choice is the Dry Dock however a new(ish) pub is now open in Millenium Square. This is close to the venue and is a Lloyds pub so is bloody cheap. It also has a large outside area for smokers.
Ladies and Gentlemen (and Tim) I give you

The Cuthbert Broderick is a Wetherspoons though.
Walkabout is right next to the venue. Mind, that's sh!te an all.

Bummer.
You'll just have to tap your foot while drinking hellish amounts of booze at the bar.

Tried the tapping foot at the bar during The Pogues at Leeds Academy. Its not fun! Drinking hellish amounts before, during & after however, most certainly is.

No way am I entering my credit card number into that!
No https!

However, should you want London tickets, search "Sisters of Mercy" whereas,if,like me,you're going to Leeds,it's "The Sisters of Mercy" you need to look for.
Anyway, ordered two this morning, now I need to sort out accomodation.

Whichever one lets you sit outside with yer pint gets my vote. As long as it's not in Brixton.markfiend wrote:The Cuthbert Broderick is a Wetherspoons though.

And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

The Dry Dock is nice, but Walkabout is literally outside the venue. My vote says Walkabout, as people frommout of town will be able to find it as soon as they've found the venue.
Also, Dry Dock is packed on a weekday evening, whereas we'll (hopefully) be able to grab a seat at Walkabout, and it let's those of us that intend to queue up a little...early... pop in and say hello and pop out again now and again.
