Expensive? Don't forget it's.....free shipping!

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

Nice to start a collection with. Nothing special though.

Ouch, that does sound expensive.

Be interested to see if they sell. I'm sure they have a better chance if they split them up abit more into smaller lots.
Is this the place I used to know as Fatherland?

It saddens me to see somebody wanting or needing to part with their Sisters collection. :(

$1000 sounds a lot!

$999 would sound friendlier though...

Indeed, essentially the seller is looking for someone that really loves the Sisters, yet owns almost none of their work.

Correct, but would change a bit: "yet neither owns nor knows much bout their work" as you could buy all the stuff the seller offers even on (not really cheap) websites like EIL, GEMM, etc. without paying a 1,000 bucks ...

We could actually all sell our collections for that price then buy them back piecemeal for a sensible price and make a whopping great profit. And still have all our Sisters records.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

yes, looks like game over. Makes me sad, too.
Maybe he she needs the money. In times like these... :urff: you never know

Hope the best, but don´t believe he/she
will find a buyer.

It doesn't make me sad at all...

... and this is why: He probably won't go to the next Sisters gig either, and he's probably the tall guy standing in front of you screaming "alice alice" when they just played it, but he didn't recognize it, while stepping on your toes all the time ...
