to all the current sisters wiki moderators: you shouldnt notice any difference. all usernames & passwords etc shoudl be unchanged, but do give me a shout if you have any problems...
you'll know you are looking at the relocated version because i've changed the page title structure from

I remember there used to be loads of biographical information and a discography and videography. Now all I see is the "Brief Overview"

Thanks to some international bandwidth problems at my work it looks like the site wasn't really available to people outside South Africa (that'd almost all of you then).
Fortunately QB has kindly offered to take over the hosting of the site from me, an offer I'm only too happy to accept as I haven't been very good at looking after it for a very long time and it can probably do with some proper attention. It should also mean faster load times for most of the site's users.
Within the next 24 hours you should also start seeing the site on the Heartland servers and not on mine.
Oh, and I just edited the front page so it looks like it should. I think one of the spammers took away some links at some point.

so, once the site has settled down in its new home, who is going to add the 2009 'mechanised europe' dates?

By the way, Motz, , I think the name MOTZ is, in fact, quite a good joke in itself . Congratulations ...

Please keep us updated. It's a great reference source and if the site does disappear I'll need to make sure I copy all the good stuff and save it.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

How can we help in the sisters wiki?
do we have to open accounts somewhere to add-update information that is there?
Also is there any restriction about what to add in sisters wiki? i mean copyrights etc..

oh yeah, and an update re: 1959 and all that...
oliver got back in touch and pointed out that there is already a mirror on the tsom.org servers
http://1959.tsom.org/
he said he had been thinking about updating it (due to the new lyrics being posted on the official site) but wasnt sure if he still had his password
if he can get back in he will move it over to my servers, but i think he probably will so for the time being i have changed the url redirect on www.1959andallthat.co.uk to go to the tsom mirror rather than the geocities one.
if the situation changes at all i'll post an update here
