The Sisters of Mercy to play the Reading Festival

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I'd just be happy with a tour of our sweet little island, is far better to pay for a band I'd like to see, than pay for loads I'm not too bothered about, and a shortened set off the girls. p.s. I'm not new, but for the life of me I could not remember my password or account name, so I have had to be erm, reborn......
we're better than the birthday party, but not as good as motorhead, that makes us pretty damn good!!!!

Ha ha that made me laugh... in some ways I agree. But it would be good watching all the young dudes witnessing a real band and not just a 5 minute wonder !

If you keep REALLY close to him, then he'd be unable to whack/stab/poke. Plus the fact, he's got the turning circle of an oil tanker, all you ned to do is keep nipping round his back

 I do keep REALLY close to the old man, sit on his lap, having him as a passenger when I drove, made him sooo sh!t scared, he knows I'm quick on my feet and will cause dizziness. I'm armed.
