Ladies and Gentlemen

I have pleasure in announcing the 4th date on the global venture that is Summer 2010.

August 3rd - Royal Leamington Spa Assembly

Official site

My adopted home town since 1982. This is the best gig ever to happen here. The true Heartland of England. There's a plaque to say so. 8)

Yes we've had Hawkwind, yes we've had Gong, yes we've had Ken Dodd.
And my Dad once saw Cliff Richard on the main street.

But Leamington Spa welcomes The Sisters Of Mercy for the first time. :D
Let's rawk. :von:

Got the wink from Andrew S, and it is indeed confirmed on the Live Page.

Germany might be a bit far....this could be manageable.

Wowsie! Think I might do this one. :D
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Might have to consider going.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

You might just catch the introduction of Far Parade.

I think that's quite near my girlfriend's parents place, I'm sure she'll be glad of an excuse to visit.

So we'll organise a Leeds contingent. Myself, Tim & Weebs seem to already be up for it.

@ Glasgow Claire: Do you fancy meeting us in Leeds and making the trip with us?

 About 1 minute.
There's about 6 pubs in 30 seconds walking distance of the venue.
Several restaurants and a rather nice park. :D

always happy when the sisters announce a uk-date, especially if not london or leeds. what a nice venue, perfect for the sisters.

and of course, unqualified rumours have them play leeds the weekend before ......
