Yep, real IMO as well but luckily not a one-off, as far as I know more than one copy exists. A bargain for the buyer nonetheless (unfortunately not me) :?

Well, even a faked proof (if it's a proof, indeed) takes a bit of work and material easily worth 30 GBP ...

Why not? You can easily use a bogus bar code, just to see where that ugly white spot will come in the whole concept.

East West wouldn't use a random bar code so an easy check would be to use a service like GEPIR, which will tell you who was registered to use that specific bar code number.
