The off-topic topic

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I wonder how many weather threads there currently are in General Chat. (I found at least 9.)

Thanks for bringing this thread to a head. Forgive me.
I hadn't gone through the other three hundred & eighty one other threads, yet.

And sorry about the green font.
I didn't realize how hard it is to read with other formats.
I'll try to be good... ish.
...and some of us wandered off entirely on purpose.

It's not my favorite, by any stretch.
But, the only Sisters' song I really hate is "This Corrosion."
It's my own damned fault.
Really.
I brought the album into work one night & left it up at the DJ booth
(On purpose: it was my contribution to "the cause")
The DJ got hooked on "This Corrosion"
and would play it about 3 to 4 times a night.

20 years later...
and I still skip over that song.
