Gift That Shines is one of my favourite songs by the Lorries, along with Chance and Spinning Round. I was surprised to see it on the latest setlist.
How was the Sisters' cover? Could someone upload it to somewhere if it's recorded?

I never got into The Lorries, I don't know why not.
I did see them in Rock City in about '88 I think (some year between 87-90, can't be exact though).
The one song that I do still like by them is Inside Out - I got it on a free 3" CD with Spiral Scratch, I think they gave that away in an issue shortly after they had the Eldritch interview (Issue 1), then Siouxsie, (both 7" vinyls). If I'm right, the Lorries 3" CD was the first such CD they gave away.
Great song anyway.
I've probably still got the CD in my record collection to this day, I know I've still got the 7"s they gave away and the magazines for that matter.
