Hi,

I had won an item on EBAY at the end of September and once the seller got the money, he never replied to me.

Here is all the info I know about him:

EBAY ID: ladyhunter75
EMAIL: sirmirko@yahoo.de
NAME: Mirko Busse
ADDRESS: Grabbeallee 84
13156 Berlin
Germany

I also have the bank account, if anybody is interested
If anybody knows him, please ask to email me!

Have you contacted eBay's fraud squad? If so, what did they say?

I tried, but I won the auction too long ago. EBAY only investigate if the auction has been won between 30 and 60 days (it's been 70 days or so).

That guy also said he had other Sisters records, so he sent me a list (took 2 weeks to email me) and took another 2 weeks to tell me the total costs.
This was probably done on purpose so I can't leave feedback and can't contact EBAY.

Anyway... I sent this just to make sure you guys are not buying anything from that scum bag...

I've never dealt with anyone outside the UK except for once. He was Italian and it worked OK. Apart from his account was suspended the day after I received my goods and he vanished (phew!).

At least if I have a problem with a UK buyer I have a contact name, an address, a car and a road atlas ...

Bit off-topic, but a Google search for the name yields two hits, one proclaiming that he caught a 42 cm carp in 2001. This must mean something.

Image You're right. There's definately something fishy going on with HL posts today.

@ Y!

I think you can still leave the feedback - if you remember the item number (i. e. if you have any e-mail with this number) you can choose "search", then type the number (or make copy and paste it) and then click on "search"...

Shame on you Ryan! If the australian dollar is still as low as it was when I was in Australia (one of our dollars bought 2 of yours) it's a lot cheaper for Americans to bid on Aussie auctions! I certainly spent a small fortune in Sydney, and even worse in Wellington....where the Kiwi dollar was even less than a Aussie dollar. Came home very poor indeed.

I haven't had any E-bay problems. I usually check the sellers feedback before bidding. Most the music I bid on comes from either UK or Germany.
