Could anyone recommend a top quality boot (on CD or CDR) from the ill-fated second US tour? I've a couple on tape - Chicago, New York and Tampa - Chicago is the best quality-wise (and features Stop Dragging My Heart Around), but what I'd really like is a CD. Willing to trade, I've the usual collection of stuff.

Actually most of that tour from what i have is really good, take yer pick, theres a few reasonable videos too
