Photos: Eldritch in a recent visit to Australia

And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. Hello,

My real name is not 'Skip Intro', as you may have deducted.

I am from Sydney, Australia.

These pix were shot by me for The Associated Press and for Corbis:

Corbis is headquartered in Seattle and is owned by Bill Gates, of Microsoft fame, as one of his personal investment holdings.

The Associated Press is The Associated Press.

At this particular concert, Andrew Eldritch wore a colour commonly called "day-glo". It is officially known as 'tennis-ball yellow', so I guess Eldritch is especially serious about escaping the 'goth' tag in Australia, where summers are ridiculously hot and you can get punched out if you are a guy who enjoys dressing like Dracula's grandmother.

Tech Data (for those who are interested):

- Canon 1D Mark III camera bodies (times two)
- Canon 24-70mm f2.8 lens
- Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 II lens
- Canon 300mm f2.8 lens
- Available light for all pix

The lighting was crap; the venue was small; the Sisters have done themselves no favours by not releasing an album in 22 years...

They're my pix. Please don't infringe my copyright. Just look at them and enjoy them - or be a real voyeur and go to a Sisters concert in-person and gawk at Eldo up-close-and-personal.

Sh-t, I live literally over the road from Dennis Handlin, the Australian CEO of Sony Music. Do you think his goddamn company ("the McDonalds of the music industry", as I call it) had foreseen the havoc wreaked by illegal downloads ?!?
