Here's a picture of Black Hat Dark Glasses, only the cover, though

Anyway, there also others ...
This is Side B of the 7" picture disc. Several interview discs have different pictures on Side A and B ...

tnx guys. So it seems to have no reason to buy this one now. And another question: how many of them exist in digital version? I am pretty sure about BAKPAK and Thoughts And Prayer. But what about others?

Yeah, I have BakTaBak on my home computer in FLAC, but not sure, which part of 4 CD I have. I also have transcription of this interview.

Always liked that Baktabak pic 12"
Wouldn't spend much money on it though...

in dub we trust
About 75p. Worth it just to hang it on the wall, even if you never play it.Being645 wrote:Is 150 YEN much? I don't know. Anyway, one can find this one is on eBay all the time at the moment.
EDIT: Google says £1.05. The exchange rate changed. The trick for Yen to Pounds used to be: knock the last 2 noughts off and then halve it.

I think only one run of the record (from memory Anne Clarke) is that right? The full interview is about 15mins i think, but it's been ages

Yeah it's the Anne Clarke one. Incomplete since both sides of the disc total a little over 6 mins.paint it black wrote:I think only one run of the record (from memory Anne Clarke) is that right? The full interview is about 15mins i think, but it's been ages
I've got 3 versions of the baktabak one (London, Dec '87). The 12" pic disc (I think this is the most complete version),
a set of 4 discs (almost complete but there's a few little bits missing between each disc), and one 7" that contains around half of it.
A shame the interview wasn't better recorded, but then most of baktabak's wares were shoddy.
I got that one, just love the picture. I framed it and put it on the wall.Quiff Boy wrote:
Although I purchased it for quite a few money approx. 5 years back (around one euro plus postage). And I think it's quite often on ebay.

Is this the baktabak 7"
Yes, that's side A. (You posted side B earlier up the page), this one...Being645 wrote:Is this the baktabak 7"
Side A run off-grooves contain 3 things (spread out, not all together): MERCY+7+A, PORKY, ORLAKE
and side B: MERCY+7+B, ORLAKE
The disc contains side A of the 12" split over its 2 sides.

So it does not have a baktabak catalogue# ?
No, it's catalogue number appears to be Mercy 7.Being645 wrote:Thank you for all the information, Dan.Dan wrote: Yes, that's side A. (You posted side B earlier up the page), [...]

Only now I notice ... Mercy 7 ... so the clear vinyl above with the same catalogue# has the same interview on it ... ...Being645 wrote:OK. I've adjusted that ...Dan wrote:No, it's catalogue number appears to be Mercy 7.Being645 wrote:...

Btw, there are pages in the SistersWiki now for
- Thoughts And Prayers Hologram Interview CD
- Spiral Scratch 7" Interview Single
- and Black Hat Dark Glasses (not yet ready but soon to follow), thanks to the unknown donators ... ...
As the picture disc contains the first half of the interview I wonder if the clear vinyl one is the same, or if it contains the other half, like a partner to the pic disc?Being645 wrote:Only now I notice ... I noticed an error.
http://sisterswiki.org/Spiral_Scratch_7 ... iew_Single
Mine comes in at 3:15 for side A and 3:05 for side B. (Although other peoples times will vary by a few seconds depending on the turntable.)Total duration of the parts featured on this single: ca. 13 minutes
Mine's the black vinyl version though. I don't know if the clear vinyl one is maybe longer or not.

One never knows ... perhaps the clear vinyl does really have something else on it .... that remains to be checked ...
Haha ... the same with this one ... someone who has both of these oughta check that out ... ...Dan wrote:As the picture disc contains the first half of the interview I wonder if the clear vinyl one is the same, or if it contains the other half, like a partner to the pic disc?Being645 wrote:Only now I notice ...
