Not a vintage year but Iesus has picked out the best - not forgetting the Lorries, of course. Wonder how well Goth's Own Medicine (sic) will fare in a quiet year for the usual Slicing Up Eyeballs suspects (Cure, DM etc).

Sisterhood, hands down
A man with a fictitious grin pondered the terrain in which he flooded with anguish, for this is England. The lion cannot be tamed, this is the game.

I bet that a couple of my own guilty pleasure votes (The Godfathers, Balaam and the Angel ) get nowhere near the top 100. After the showing of FALAA, it will be interesting to see how Gift does considering that it was neatly airbrushed from TSOM history for many years before being rediscovered as a "lost classic". I would be surprised if it makes the top 20 for that reason.
Done as well

Interesting list. Just made it through and entered my vote: Coil, Death in June, Swans, This Mortal Coil, Smiths, Sisterhood, Diamanda, etc, etc. Obviously not much metal on the ballot but Metallica - Master of Puppets, Slayer - Reign in Blood, Possessed - Beyond the Gates & Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metallicus would have easily topped my list had they been included.
